Solution Architect - Assistant Director, Service Excellence

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is hiring a permanent Solution Architect (Assistant Director, Grade 1/2/3) in Buenos Aires, within its Enablement Services line under Digital Products and Services. As lead Solution Architect for the Innovation Team, you will evaluate, prototype and adopt emerging technologies for customers across industries, acting as a technology generalist who guides them in choosing and implementing solutions that deliver business value.

Key responsibilities

• Create technical designs for AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, NLU and NLG projects and implement them in production
• Build AI solutions using techniques such as deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, search, information retrieval and extraction, and probabilistic graphical models
• Design technical specifications and solution blueprints, including data architecture, and create demos and proofs of concept
• Lead the integration of emerging technologies and assess their feasibility for the organization
• Train and build a team of technical developers and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses, requirements analysis and feasibility studies, and document and measure costs and benefits
• Define security specifications and integrate security controls into system designs

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a similar profile with a strong service delivery background
• Proven track record evaluating, designing and implementing solutions with emerging technologies
• Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solve moderately complex problems

Required skills

• Deep learning architectures and algorithms (RNN, LSTM, CNN, auto-encoders); open-source libraries such as Keras, TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Data science and machine learning projects with Python and R; Java/C is a plus
• Microsoft technologies: ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, MVC, Angular, React, Node.js
• Cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
• Generative AI and AI agents, Azure AI services exposure is a plus
