Software Engineer – Python Backend

About the role

Software Mind is looking for a Python‑focused Software Engineer to join a fast‑growing team that supports a US client revolutionising the asset‑based lending market. You will work on onboarding new customers, improving processes and delivering new features using a modern tech stack.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the customer onboarding process, ensuring accurate system integration.
• Drive process improvement by developing best practices and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients on custom configurations and tailor‑made solutions.
• Develop and maintain onboarding‑related features using Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer with strong Python (Flask) expertise.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and solid understanding of SQL for data queries.
• Experience building front‑end interfaces with React.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, feedback‑driven environment.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
