Technical Integration Specialist

About the role

As a valued member of our Technical Integrations team, you will coordinate product integration activities and manage communication between internal and external stakeholders on technical matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of integration projects.
• Coordinate product integration activities with internal departments, partners and customers.
• Provide client consultancy on technical aspects of the company’s products and integration.
• Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders.
• Participate in testing and implementation of project results.
• Implement and manage project changes to achieve outputs.
• Provide technical assistance to Sales and Support departments.
• Prepare documentation of products, procedures and programs when necessary.

Required profile

• 2 years experience in IT Project Management.
• Customer‑ and results‑oriented.
• Motivated, prompt and organized.
• Sufficient technical knowledge.
• Strong planning, arranging and prioritising abilities.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, fast thinker, desire for improvements.
• Ability to get things done and work well in a team.
• Experience in the online gaming industry is a plus.
