Software Engineer, Data Growth

About the role

As a Software Engineer in Data Growth at Chainlink, you will build scalable automation and self‑service experiences that simplify how web3 customers discover, onboard and adopt the platform’s products. The role focuses on reducing operational complexity, accelerating onboarding and improving growth‑related processes through modern software engineering and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation capabilities that minimise manual effort across customer onboarding and operational workflows.
• Develop self‑service interfaces that allow customers to configure and access products with minimal human intervention.
• Reduce onboarding cycle times and increase process scalability to improve customer growth outcomes.
• Re‑architect systems and workflows to support efficient provisioning, data sourcing and customer enablement.
• Apply AI technologies and modern engineering practices to identify and execute process transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve complex problems and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions.
• Continuously identify bottlenecks, eliminate friction and enhance end‑to‑end customer experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience building software products or platforms using TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience leveraging AI technologies, tools or frameworks to improve products or operational processes.
• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, decentralized applications or electronic trading environments.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability to understand complex, interconnected processes and architectures.
• Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn, analyse and solve technical and operational challenges.
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
