Senior MS Dynamics Developer – Power Platform

About the role

As a Senior MS Dynamics Developer you will lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, working closely with stakeholders, product owners and architects to turn complex requirements into scalable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Develop custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls and maintain hands‑on development with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and other enterprise systems.
• Define development standards, ensure solution quality, security and performance, and review code.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, dependency management and support team onboarding.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript and experience building PCF controls.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver Azure‑based integrations.
• Experience providing technical leadership while remaining actively involved in delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in an Agile environment.
