Social Media Specialist (AI-Native)

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to own the organic content pipeline and execute a founder‑led social strategy for a fast‑moving digital health startup. The role focuses on creating authentic short‑form videos for Instagram and repurposing them across TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook while engaging a community of adults aged 30‑45 with chronic health conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Script, edit, and publish short‑form founder‑led videos on Instagram as the primary channel.
• Cross‑post the same content consistently to TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Warm up and grow the founder’s social accounts through regular posting and active comment engagement.
• Run Meta ad experiments, analyze performance, and report actionable insights.
• Research competitor content to inform ad creative and organic strategy.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate scripting, ideation, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Track organic and paid metrics, produce regular performance reports, and adjust content cadence based on data.

Required profile

• Proven track record growing organic reach on Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong short‑form video scripting and editing abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience running and interpreting Meta ad experiments.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily to enhance workflow.
