Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our remote Marketing Department. You will help shape and execute strategies that promote our language‑access, e‑learning and training services, conferences and virtual events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing plans, including blogs, eBooks, webinars and videos.
• Manage social media channels, create and schedule posts, engage followers and analyse performance.
• Plan and run email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automation workflows.
• Track and report on marketing metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights.
• Support remote event promotion for webinars, workshops and our bi‑annual conference.
• Prepare onsite event collateral, giveaways and assist with industry event participation (travel up to four times per year, USA).
• Contribute to brand‑building initiatives to increase recognition and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in language, e‑learning or training.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong written communication and content creation abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical skills.
• Creative, organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
