SMB Account Manager – Advertising Sales (Latin America)

About the role

The SMB Account Manager will join TikTok's SMB team to drive revenue growth across small and medium‑size businesses in Latin America. You will partner with advertisers and agencies, using data‑driven insights to craft consultative media solutions and ensure a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture partnerships with SMB clients and agencies to increase TikTok advertising revenue.
• Provide top‑tier sales and operational support, keeping clients informed about product updates and best practices.
• Deliver strategic media recommendations using data and analytics.
• Create persuasive sales presentations and propositions based on market trends and case studies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
• Experience with social media, mobile apps, digital and mobile marketing.
• Familiarity with self‑serve, auction, or programmatic ad products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• SQL knowledge (preferred).
