About the role

Join a global CRO dedicated to advancing medical science. As a Site Laboratory Specialist you will support laboratory activities at clinical study sites.

Key responsibilities

Review study documents related to laboratory support.
Assist site selection and initiation with laboratory matters.
Manage laboratory kit orders, patient eligibility checks, and query resolution.
Develop site‑specific laboratory control documents and monitor lab KPIs.
Facilitate communication between laboratories, sites, and the PSI project team.

Required profile

University or college degree in Life Sciences.
At least 4 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Full working proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
