Site Contracts Specialist (Spanish Required)

About the role

The Site Contracts Specialist will manage contract processes for clinical trial sites, coordinating with investigators, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves negotiating, preparing, and executing contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contract management processes, including coordination with protocol, consent, institution, investigator, vendor, consultant, and customer agreements.
• Lead multi‑country projects, negotiate and prepare contracts and budgets for industry‑sponsored clinical trials.
• Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents, and capture metadata.
• Support business development, represent site contracts in internal or customer meetings, and mentor junior staff.
• Track contract milestones in real‑time, collaborate with legal, finance, and clinical operations, and maintain contract templates and databases.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive contract management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH GCP, and trial start‑up processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
