About the role

The Site Activation Specialist will act as the single point of contact for investigative sites, supporting start‑up and activation activities across Argentina. This remote position ensures compliance with local regulations, SOPs and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

Serve as SPOC for sites, Site Activation Managers, Project Management and other departments.
Prepare, review and distribute regulatory documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Maintain internal systems, databases and tracking tools with project‑specific information.
Monitor site performance metrics and provide feedback to management.
Track approval and execution of ethics, regulatory, ICF and Investigator Pack documents.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of clinical research experience, preferably with regulatory activities in Argentina.
Good command of English.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and prioritization skills.

Required skills

Experience presenting to ethics committees and ANMAT.
Knowledge of clinical research regulatory processes in Argentina.
