Service Sales Representative – Recaptures

About the role

Otis is looking for a Service Sales Representative – Recaptures to grow its maintenance portfolio by winning back contracts currently managed by competitors. The role focuses on generating new business, building strategic commercial relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in buildings, condominiums, construction firms, and property management companies.
• Conduct active prospecting through calls, on‑site visits, and strategic contacts.
• Build and strengthen relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and present customized commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations and guide the sales process to contract closure.
• Maintain and update opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring proper pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee successful implementation of recovered contracts.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales, business development or similar commercial roles.
• Proven experience in active prospecting, client generation and market entry.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Result‑oriented with the capacity to handle multiple business opportunities.
