Service Delivery Manager - Cloud Security Services

About the role

EY's Security Technology Services (STS) is looking for a Service Delivery Manager within its Information Security cloud offering. You will act as the Information Security IT Cloud Service Owner, defining customer outcomes, prioritizing the backlog and partnering with engineering and operations teams to deliver secure, reliable cloud security services across multi-cloud environments. The role connects business customers, cloud and DevOps teams, architecture, strategy, risk, compliance, internal audit and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap and lifecycle for cloud security posture and workload protection services (CSPM, CNAPP, CWPP, KSPM, IaC scanning, guardrails)
• Define customer outcomes and measurable value, and maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Translate stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and release priorities
• Lead customer discovery, RFPs, pilots, launches and feedback loops
• Define service offerings, onboarding, support models, SLOs, SLAs, KPIs and operational workflows
• Monitor service health and performance, drive continual improvement and manage incidents, problems, changes and risks
• Oversee onboarding, governance, integrations, upgrades, migrations and retirements across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes and serverless workloads
• Manage vendor performance, renewals and commercial discussions, and present results to senior leaders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in information security, cloud security, cybersecurity engineering or technology service management
• 3+ years owning or managing security products, platforms or enterprise services
• Demonstrated experience with CNAPP or cloud security posture platforms; Wiz, Microsoft Defender for Cloud or Aqua Security strongly preferred
• Experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud and Kubernetes, containers and serverless workloads
• Experience owning roadmaps and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment

Required skills

• Defining service operating models, SLAs, KPIs, runbooks and escalation paths
• Incident, problem, change and risk management
• Preferred: agile delivery, backlog management, budget planning, vendor management, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, CMDB, SIEM, executive reporting
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, ITIL, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM
