Senior/Lead Talent Partner - Tech

About the role

Mimica is looking for a Senior/Lead Talent Partner to own end‑to‑end recruiting for its Data, Machine Learning, Platform and Product Engineering teams. You will partner with senior technical leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that deliver high‑quality talent at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle hiring for Data/ML, Platform, leadership and Product Engineering roles.
• Collaborate with senior technical and company leadership to define hiring plans, scope, leveling and expectations.
• Design, implement and maintain structured interview processes, scorecards and calibration loops.
• Ensure high signal quality and conversion rates as hiring volume grows.
• Conduct high‑quality screening that predicts success before hiring manager interviews.
• Map talent across the Americas and Europe, building forward‑looking pipelines.
• Engage passive candidates with tailored, non‑generic messaging.
• Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation and competition to inform decisions.
• Document and improve recruiting workflows, templates and playbooks.
• Contribute to broader talent initiatives such as interviewer training, quality‑of‑hire metrics and process excellence.

Required profile

• Proven technical recruiting experience in a high‑bar environment with sustained hiring outcomes.
• Hands‑on track record of researching, prospecting, interviewing and closing candidates.
• Strong ability to understand technical concepts and role nuances to assess early signals.
• Experience designing and running processes that predict candidate success.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without relying on external agencies.
