Senior UX/UI Front End Engineer

About the role

A global enterprise employer is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Engineer who combines UX/UI design with front-end development, delivering intuitive, accessible and scalable digital products. The initial assignment focuses on redesigning enterprise dashboards and performance reports, turning complex business data into clear, actionable insights. The position is full-time and 100% remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user research, usability testing and UX strategy.
• Design user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Build responsive interfaces with HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, TypeScript and React or Angular.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components and UI libraries.
• Design intuitive dashboards and data-driven enterprise experiences.
• Ensure accessibility standards and consistent user experiences.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and global stakeholders in Agile teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end engineering, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX/UI design for complex applications.
• Advanced English (C1-C2, mandatory).
• Nice to have: experience in the energy, oil and gas or industrial sector; knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
