Integration Manager - LATAM ALign Project

About the role

The Integration Manager is a collaborative leadership role within the LATAM ALign D&IT PMO team. As the primary steward of the integrated ERP solution, the role bridges functional process teams, third-party applications and global enterprise application and architecture teams, ensuring a standardized, high-quality and sustainable technical landscape across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate integration points across internal and external teams, including third-party applications, Enterprise Applications, System Integrators, Enterprise Architecture and Global Infrastructure Operations
• Resolve cross-team issues, key design decisions, testing defects and hypercare incidents, and facilitate collaboration between technology and functional teams
• Identify the application landscape and coordinate with third parties on integrations and Statements of Work
• Work closely with the Project Manager on project plan adjustments
• Lead the strategy, planning and execution of testing, cutover and deployment, and manage transports and changes to the Production environment
• Manage configuration and production strategies, including change control and release planning
• Deliver the Integration Lead Coordinator tracker, Key Design Decisions and the integration architecture design

Required profile

• Specialist or manager profile, with a Master's degree in Information Technology or a related major, or in Business/Engineering with a strong understanding of the IT environment
• Ideally 10+ years of experience in account management, product/service development, business development or customer relationship management
• Proven experience leading large-scale technical lifecycles of testing, cutover and deployment, and partnering with third-party vendors and System Integrators
• Exceptional coordination skills bridging technology teams and functional process leads in a complex PMO environment

Required skills

• Fluent English
• Broad experience with integrated Tier-1 ERP environments and deep knowledge of FRICEW object delivery
• Enterprise Architecture and integrated business process design
• Familiarity with implementation methodologies for large-scale IT transformation programs
• Strong financial knowledge and customer-oriented mindset
