Senior TTT Project Manager

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is looking for a Senior TTT Project Manager to lead the delivery, governance and operational oversight of a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives within an assigned Service Sub-Line. The role works at a senior portfolio level, covering scope, financials, risks, dependencies and delivery health, and calls for executive presence, strong ownership and quick, decisive decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives, including custom applications, platform modernization, integrations, enterprise enhancements and critical operational programs.
• Establish and govern portfolio-level delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and roadmaps across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Oversight of scope, schedule, budget, quality and delivery performance, with timely escalation and executive transparency on variances and risks.
• Anticipate and resolve complex risks, issues, blockers and cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate kick-offs, status reporting, governance reviews, follow-ups and decision forums, and deliver executive-level reporting to TTT leadership.
• Partner with Product Owners, Development Managers, Architects, QA, Security, Operations, vendors and senior business stakeholders.
• Own project and portfolio financial oversight, including budgets, forecasts, estimates at completion and variance analysis.
• Maintain delivery documentation such as plans, risk logs, release plans and status reports, and prepare leadership-ready materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or near completion, in Technology, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Science or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project or portfolio management, including delivery leadership in complex, matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and handoff to production support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, tailored to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience preparing structured reports, executive summaries and project documentation for leadership.

Required skills

• Project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana or similar.
• Preferred: experience leading enterprise-scale technology portfolios, familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or SAFe, and certifications such as PMP, Agile, SAFe or Scrum.
• Preferred: knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot and SharePoint, and of Microsoft 365, Excel and PowerPoint.
