About the role
The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and analysis for manufacturing operations, focusing on cost control, inventory valuation, and performance reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Perform inventory valuation, standard cost setting, and overhead calculations.
- Prepare plant efficiency reports, labor productivity analyses, and hour rate monitoring.
- Analyze stock movements, purchase price variations, and production order variances.
- Compare forecasting, budget, and actual results for P&L and balance sheet.
- Support the budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on structure costs and industrial operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably multinational.
- Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English.
