Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

This strategic leadership position sets direction on complex transfer pricing engagements, leads managers and senior analysts, and shapes the evolving practice at Exactera, a FinTech SaaS start‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Define methodology, structure, and defensibility for high‑stakes engagements, including controversies and complex transactions.
• Act as the senior technical voice for clients on intangibles, financial restructurings, and planning discussions.
• Develop and mentor managers, building a strong bench of future leaders.
• Establish standards for platform use, AI integration, and judgment‑driven decision making.
• Influence practice evolution by identifying automation opportunities and setting future strategic direction.

Required profile

• 10+ years of transfer pricing experience with proven engagement leadership at scale.
• Deep knowledge of OECD TP principles across documentation, planning, controversy, and complex transactions.
• Extensive multi‑jurisdictional experience, including audits, disputes, and edge cases.
• Fluent English (professional or native level).
• Demonstrated leadership in adopting AI and technology within TP delivery.
