Senior Technical Recruiter – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join Dialpad on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in our Buenos Aires office, you will lead full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, product and design teams across Argentina, Canada and the United States, helping the company scale its technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• Provide a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience and act as a trusted talent advisor for hiring managers.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure data‑driven hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruiting for engineering, product or design positions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions.
• Data‑oriented mindset with ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, curious and able to thrive in a fast‑moving, AI‑focused environment.
