Senior Tax Accountant / CPA – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Prospectivity is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant / CPA to join its growing remote team. You will lead complex business tax engagements, ensuring precision and strategic tax planning for a portfolio of corporate, partnership, and individual clients across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Federal tax returns: Forms 1120‑S, 1065, 1120, and 1040.
• Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation for tax compliance.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and flag potential issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tax and accounting matters.
• Communicate with clients regarding tax questions and documentation requests.

Required profile

• CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA) or equivalent tax qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 + years of tax preparation and review experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.
• Experience with tax software and accounting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; conversational Spanish is a plus.
