Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Medison is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across LATAM and Canada, with occasional support for Europe. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and aligning hiring strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for LATAM, Canada, and occasional European searches.
• Develop creative, country‑specific sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Maintain proactive talent pipelines by analyzing market intelligence and talent trends.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and senior leadership to understand hiring priorities and provide guidance to hiring managers.
• Serve as a global Subject Matter Expert for a Talent Acquisition pillar, driving best practices and scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in regional (LATAM) or global talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume requisitions in a fast‑paced, multi‑time‑zone environment.
• Experience advising senior leaders up to VP level and influencing recruitment strategy.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
