Senior SAP IS-U Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP IS‑U Techno‑Functional Consultant to join our Utilities team in Buenos Aires. The consultant will design, implement, enhance, and support SAP IS‑U solutions across billing, device management, energy data management, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP IS‑U solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end processes for complex billing, device installation, and energy data management.
• Configure and maintain master data such as schedule records, meter reading units, registers, and rate structures.
• Integrate SAP CRM with SAP IS‑U and support Real‑Time Pricing interfaces.
• Define validation rules, exception handling, and out‑sort checks for invoicing.
• Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle and support post‑go‑live operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience with SAP IS‑U in the utilities sector.
• Proven track record in large‑scale transformation programs and regulatory initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP IS‑U architecture and integration with SAP CRM.
• Device Management / Energy Data Management (EDM) concepts.
• Complex billing, invoicing, and rate‑determination processes.
• Real‑Time Pricing interfaces and time‑of‑use consumption handling.
• Configuration of automatic and manual exception handling in billing.
