Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Hexaware Technologies Limited is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to own the quality, reliability, security, and performance of a cloud‑native enterprise software product on Microsoft Azure. You will shape the testing strategy, build automation frameworks, and ensure continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement quality engineering strategies for a cloud‑native product.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and comprehensive test suites.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Architects.
• Apply testing approaches for AI‑enabled solutions, including intelligent agents and generative AI.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on automated testing experience.
• Experience with enterprise‑scale software products in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent professional experience.
