Senior Project Services Coordinator

About the role

IQVIA Laboratories in Argentina is seeking a Senior Project Services Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support to the Project Manager and study team. The role covers routine project procedures across the full study lifecycle, from start-up through close-out, ensuring work follows standard operating procedures, policies and good practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support study setup and planning: attend meetings, prepare minutes and action logs, and draft protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents.
• Help set up protocol-specific Laboratory Centralized Monitoring requirements under the Project Manager's supervision.
• Perform routine study maintenance: site loading, Investigator Portal access support, kit shipment coordination and monitoring of daily study performance.
• Work with internal and external teams to resolve queries, protocol questions, issues and escalations quickly.
• Use status reports and monitoring outputs to spot trends and give feedback on investigator site performance and service delivery.
• Support document quality control reviews and contribute to monitoring plans, reports and protocol materials.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and lead customer communications when the Project Manager is absent.
• Support project close-out, process improvement, SOP updates and ad hoc high-priority tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred.
• 1 year of experience coordinating studies in a clinical research environment.
• 1 year of experience in project management methodologies.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted.

Required skills

• Experience using investigator portals and study tracking/status reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English, organization and time management, and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
