Contract Advisor Team Internship 2026

About the role

Chevron's Global Business Services - Buenos Aires (GBS BA), based in Puerto Madero, Argentina, is launching an internship program for its BASSC Contracting team. Selected interns will work 20 hours per week for 12 months, with the possibility of a 6-month extension, and will learn the role, its tasks and its impact on the business while interacting with requesters from different countries and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Supplier registration management and supplier due diligence
• e-Order tracking and supplier acceptance confirmation
• Analytical support for contract planning
• Preparation of performance reports and electronic administration of the contract portfolio
• Assisting internal users with the management and contracting process
• Follow-up and control of sector procedures, and maintenance of documents in SharePoint
• Catalog maintenance, including building new catalogs and updating existing ones
• Preparation of tenders, validation and primary analysis of offers
• Control of contracts to be finalized, and follow-up of invoices and payments
• Price analysis

Required profile

• Student in their 3rd year of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Law or a related field
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Handling of the Office package
