Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure delivery quality, and drive project profitability while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistent project quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment, retain talent, and identify growth opportunities for team members.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity, and forecast profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, and take corrective actions.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management and Agile practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Prior experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
