Senior Project Manager

About the role

Edgar Allan is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering high‑impact digital products for our clients. This short‑term, remote contract (3‑4 months) focuses on strategic execution, clear communication, and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client engagements across multiple business units, maintaining timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Run project kick‑offs, weekly status calls, and post‑mortems; produce accurate documentation such as plans, status reports, change orders, and budget trackers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating proactive communication and escalating satisfaction risks.
• Align UX, design, content, development, and QA teams around shared goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and blockers in collaboration with department leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to lead remote, cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
