Senior Project Manager

About the role

RWS is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex localisation projects from initiation to delivery. You will own project financials, drive continuous improvement and act as the main liaison between clients and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Apply project‑management expertise to maintain high delivery standards and improve existing processes.
• Balance quality, timeliness and cost while ensuring optimal project profitability.
• Monitor and control budgets, invoicing and vendor payments.
• Plan projects, implement best‑practice methodologies and document processes.
• Directly lead a team of Localization Leads/Engineers and coordinate work across internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams via calls, meetings and written updates.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans and perform strategic planning.
• Handle escalations, perform root‑cause analysis and define corrective actions.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience leading internal teams and interacting with enterprise customers.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• PMI or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and improvisation abilities.
