Senior Project Manager – Automotive Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives for the automotive industry. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, partner with program leadership and ensure projects meet quality, timeline and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Define scope, success criteria, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and status reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls and financial monitoring.
• Coordinate vendor payments and assist in proposal creation.
• Identify, document and mitigate risks using a formal risk register.
• Facilitate decision‑making, change control and stakeholder alignment.
• Allocate resources and cast optimal cross‑functional teams.
• Serve as primary client and senior‑leadership contact, providing executive‑level reporting.
• Enforce project governance, documentation standards and quality practices.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6+ years of project management experience in technology or software, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong command of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, with ability to design hybrid delivery models.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven budget management, cost control and financial monitoring skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive‑level communication.
• Comfortable working in AI‑augmented environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
