Senior Product Marketing Manager, LATAM

About the role

OKX, a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager for LATAM. The role shapes the go-to-market strategy, drives community-led expansion and ensures the CeFi and Web3 product narratives resonate with users in Latin America. It works closely with local General Managers, product teams and global marketing stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer both externally and internally.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run GTM campaigns for CeFi and Web3 products across LATAM, keeping launches localized, compliant and resonant with retail and institutional users.
• Run digital campaigns, partnerships, community activations and content distribution to raise product visibility and acquire users.
• Adapt global product narratives and positioning to LATAM market behavior, regulations and cultural nuances.
• Run programs with communities, KOLs and influencers to drive grassroots adoption.
• Support regional presence at industry events, local meetups and hackathons, generating measurable leads.
• Work with local GMs, BD and global product teams on consistent, high-impact initiatives.
• Analyze user insights, competitor activity and regional trends, and monitor campaign KPIs, adoption metrics and feedback loops.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of product marketing experience, largely in consumer tech, fintech or crypto; direct crypto trading experience is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading principles and instruments such as stocks, bonds, cryptocurrencies, forex, commodities and derivatives.
• Strong digital marketing skills for fintech and crypto, including conversion optimization, content marketing and social media.
• Experience building crypto-native communities, influencer networks, events and ambassador programs.
• Excellent communication and influence skills; trilingual English, Spanish and Portuguese preferred.
• Proven market research, competitive analysis and trend forecasting in digital assets.
