Senior Procurement Analyst

About the role

The Finance team is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to act as the main liaison between the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) team, internal stakeholders, and vendors. You will support day‑to‑day procurement operations while driving process improvements and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Review, prepare and process Purchase Orders in line with negotiated terms and company policies.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve PO issues such as delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, and order returns.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to address vendor invoice problems.
• Maintain product catalogs and ensure accurate procurement system data, including vendor records and cost allocations.
• Test, document and audit procurement systems and training materials.
• Participate in knowledge‑transfer activities and system‑enhancement projects for in‑market teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain functions.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and professionalism when interacting with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
