Back Office Analyst

About the role

As a Back Office Analyst you will help reduce risk exposure by verifying new customer identities and preventing illegal financial transactions. You will work closely with compliance and customer support teams to ensure secure and compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse customer financial transactions in line with AML regulations.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues such as failed deposits, delays and duplicate transactions.
• Perform KYC checks, collect and archive KYC and Source of Funds documentation.
• Identify, investigate and escalate suspicious activity, fraud and chargebacks.
• Process deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers promptly and accurately.
• Support Customer Support and Compliance teams on cashier‑related queries.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Understanding of GDPR and PCI DSS standards for data handling.
