Procurement Analyst – Finance Team

About the role

The Finance team is looking for a Procurement Analyst to act as the main liaison between the Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) team, internal stakeholders and external vendors. You will support the efficient procurement of goods and services across the firm, ensuring smooth purchase order processing and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Review, prepare and process purchase orders in line with negotiated terms and firm policies.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve PO‑related issues such as delivery delays, returns, replacements and pricing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to review and resolve vendor invoice issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement system data, including product catalogs, vendor records and cost allocation information.
• Support reporting, analysis and continuous improvement initiatives within the PTP function.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain related roles.
• Advanced or bilingual English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work on time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
