Senior Power Platform Developer

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is hiring a Senior Power Platform Developer focused on secure application development and integration solutions for information security technology. The role covers designing, developing and maintaining applications built with Power Platform technologies, integrated with AI-driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Design and code secure business solutions and integrate applications with databases and third-party services
• Perform unit testing, debugging and troubleshooting of applications
• Document application architecture, code and processes
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Ensure code quality through best practices
• Lead technical discussions with leadership and project teams, coach, manage and prioritize technical work
• Work with architects, risk partners and business stakeholders to balance security, usability, scalability and delivery timelines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical or scientific field
• 8+ years of hands-on software development with services and integration technologies
• Security certifications or secure software experience (e.g., Cybersecurity, SANS, ISC2)
• Solution architect design experience preferred
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership and project teams

• Microsoft Power Platform: AI capabilities, solution environment controls, connectors, environment releases and data residency
• Power Platform roles and permissions aligned with IAM, governance and DLP policies
• Data model knowledge for model-driven applications (Dataverse)
• Power Automate for data workflows and business rule automation
• Power BI dashboards and SharePoint site configuration
• Web API, SQL and gateway integrations; Power Platform ALM in CI/CD pipelines
• AI knowledge for integrating agents, bots and data
