Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and at least one additional functional area: Payroll, Absence Management & OTL, or Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configuration, testing, stakeholder management and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs.
• Take part in end-to-end implementation projects, enhancements and support engagements.
• Run functional design workshops, system testing, UAT support and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.

Required profile

• 4 to 6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• At least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Core HR plus one of the following: Global Payroll / Payroll Cloud (US) with payroll processing and configuration; Absence Management, leave plans, accruals, OTL and time entry configuration; Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Total Compensation Statement, Benefits Administration and Open Enrollment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, analytical and documentation skills, and ability to work independently and partner with HR and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong functional configuration expertise.
• Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Knowledge of OTBI and/or BI Publisher reporting.
• Testing, UAT support and production support experience.
• Nice to have: Fast Formula (FF) and HCM Extracts, Oracle HCM Cloud certifications, global project experience and knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules.
