Senior Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team and lead implementations of Core HR and additional modules such as Payroll, Absence Management, OTL, or Compensation & Benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on those requirements.
• Participate in end‑to‑end implementation projects, enhancements and support engagements.
• Conduct functional design workshops, system testing, UAT support and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with at least two full implementation cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong consulting, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR plus at least one additional module).
• HDL (HCM Data Loader) expertise.
• OTBI and/or BI Publisher reporting.
• Fast Formula knowledge (nice to have).
• Experience with HCM Extracts and Oracle certifications (nice to have).
