About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist within People Ops. You will support day‑to‑day operational tasks related to US employment eligibility, labor laws and national notice regulations, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance with US employment eligibility, labor laws and national notice regulations.
• Handle new‑joiner and employee inquiries, providing resolutions or escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records using HR and specialized compliance software.
• Analyze data to produce regulatory compliance metrics and support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR compliance software and employee data management tools.
• Experience using automation platforms such as Alteryx, Equifax or LawLogix.
• Knowledge of US I‑9 and immigration compliance processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
