Senior Manager, Talent Development

About the role

Payoneer is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Development to lead the design and delivery of career pathways, a skills taxonomy, and AI‑focused learning programs. Based in Buenos Aires and working in a hybrid model, you will partner with talent partners and business leaders to translate Payoneer’s ways of working into concrete skill frameworks and learning journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Design clear, motivating career pathways and skills‑progression frameworks that make growth visible and fair.
• Translate Payoneer’s operational models into a usable skills taxonomy, mapping skills to roles, levels, and development plans.
• Own the AI education agenda, creating and delivering programs that build literacy, fluency, discernment, and responsible AI application across the organization.
• Embed AI and other skill sets into everyday workflows, ensuring they are part of the talent model and performance processes.
• Collaborate with talent partners and business leaders to ensure learning solutions are aligned with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and organizational development, preferably in a senior HR or talent role.
• Strong curiosity about AI trends and a track record of designing AI‑related learning initiatives.
• Ability to combine systems thinking with execution excellence to create rigorous frameworks and engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
