Senior Manager, Internal Investigations & Compliance

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead internal investigations and compliance activities. You will work with cross‑functional teams to address misconduct reports, conduct independent investigations, and develop corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, triage and investigate reported concerns of possible misconduct, ensuring confidentiality and non‑retaliation.
• Develop investigation plans, interview witnesses and subjects, collect evidence, and document findings in the firm’s ethics case management system.
• Collaborate with People, Risk Management, Information Security and the Office of General Counsel to address compliance vulnerabilities.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses, prepare trend reports and support the discipline committee process when claims are substantiated.
• Design and deliver ethics and compliance training and communications.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investigations, audit, or compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and engage with diverse, multicultural teams.
