Compliance Officer for Argentina, Chile, Peru & Ecuador

About the role

GSK is seeking a Compliance Officer to provide strategic, data‑driven compliance leadership across Argentina, Chile, Peru and Ecuador. You will partner with General Managers and leadership teams to translate risk insight into focused action and sound commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner across markets and functions to strengthen business ownership, monitoring, assurance and a focused compliance culture.
• Provide oversight and escalation support for alliances, third‑party and anti‑bribery due diligence, and investigations.
• Strengthen risk governance through board activity, leadership updates, annual confirmation and targeted deep‑dives.
• Translate data and risk signals into clear priorities and informed leadership decisions.
• Guide complex or higher‑risk commercial activities with proactive risk‑mitigation advice.
• Advise General Managers and leadership teams on priority risks in line with GSK’s Internal Control Framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience shaping and leading compliance strategy across Argentina and Chile or a comparable multi‑country environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Proven experience in compliance, risk management or internal controls within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Ability to use data, analytics or structured risk insight to guide priorities and decisions.
