Sr. Site Contracts Associate

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Associate to develop global contracting strategies and support start‑up contracting activities for biotech sponsors. The role involves negotiating site contracts, creating budget templates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate investigator grants, estimates, contracting strategies, and proposal text.
• Create contract language, payment terms, and budget templates as needed.
• Maintain contracting systems, tools, and training materials for selected studies.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver project scope in compliance with requirements.
• Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting support to study teams.
• Assist in creating and reviewing scientific, technical, and administrative documentation.
• Collect and disseminate contracting intelligence and report performance metrics.
• Work with Quality Management to ensure contract quality standards and mentor colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of clinical site contracting experience with global or regional exposure.
• Strong negotiating, communication, legal, financial, and technical writing skills.
• Good understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH, regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and corporate standards.
