Senior Java Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Sr. Java Developer to join our Engineering team and support the growth of our technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Java for production applications, building APIs and backend components using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement features with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability, working with relational databases and ORMs (JPA/Hibernate).
• Collaborate with other developers, product and technology profiles, participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvements.
• Support the full development cycle, from design through to production deployment.

Required profile

• Prior experience developing APIs or backend services.
• Advanced knowledge of performance, JVM, and memory usage.
• Expertise in microservices and distributed systems.
• Conceptual knowledge of patterns such as Circuit Breaker, idempotency, or SAGA.
• Experience working with containers (Docker).
• Continuous learning attitude and technical curiosity.
• Advanced English level.
