Senior iOS Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior iOS Software Engineer to join our Mobile Engineering organization. In this role you will tackle complex technical challenges, shape platform architecture and drive the evolution of our mobile application ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop intuitive iOS applications using Swift, Objective‑C and SwiftUI.
• Build tools, frameworks and processes that improve the mobile engineering pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Delivery, Editorial and Engineering teams to ship high‑quality mobile experiences.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and support incident resolution.
• Maintain and evolve existing mobile systems within a large digital ecosystem.
• Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning.
• Ensure solutions meet architectural, security and coding standards, including monitoring, logging, testing and service enablement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Proven experience designing new applications and enhancing existing codebases.
• Experience architecting scalable, performant and secure mobile applications.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile DevOps and CI/CD tooling.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
