Senior IAM Engineer - Saviynt

About the role

EY GDS is looking for a Senior IAM Engineer with hands-on Saviynt experience to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services in a large enterprise environment. The role sits in the Cybersecurity - Identity & Access Management service line and works within an IAM delivery team covering identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, access requests, certifications, application onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting and day-to-day Saviynt operations. It suits a Senior 1-2 level professional who can work independently and collaborate with senior engineers, application teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support and administer Saviynt IGA capabilities, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes, access requests and approvals, and access certifications and reviews.
• Manage and troubleshoot accounts, access provisioning and deprovisioning, and support application onboarding and connector configuration.
• Configure and maintain identities, accounts, entitlements, roles and access-related settings, and support identity aggregation, reconciliation and correlation.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Saviynt workflows and rules, and support integrations via REST APIs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs, provisioning activities, imports and synchronisation, and perform root-cause analysis of recurring issues.
• Analyse IAM incidents and service requests, and support IAM governance, compliance and audit activities within incident, request, change and problem management processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge articles, and collaborate with application owners, security and infrastructure teams.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance or related cybersecurity areas.
• Hands-on Saviynt experience and good understanding of IGA concepts.
• Experience with JML processes, provisioning/deprovisioning, access requests, access certifications and troubleshooting IAM issues.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and good English communication.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with enterprise ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Good to have: Saviynt connectors, workflows, jobs, application onboarding, access certification campaigns, SQL, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, Python/PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, AWS IAM, RBAC, SoD and identity governance compliance exposure.
