Senior Full Stack Developer (JavaScript) – AI Focus

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong JavaScript expertise and hands‑on experience in AI and machine learning. You will help design and deliver high‑impact digital solutions for a broad user base while collaborating with product, design, and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build robust online platforms that combine JavaScript development with advanced AI features.
• Partner with product owners, visual designers, and analysts to define technical scope and functional targets.
• Optimize architecture and UI for smooth interactions, fast response times, and consistent performance.
• Integrate machine‑learning models and cognitive tools into live systems with built‑in security.
• Produce maintainable, well‑documented code that follows industry coding standards.
• Ensure product reliability through unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Configure and improve CI/CD pipelines, build orchestration, and automation for faster deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and coaching.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and contribute to strategic architecture discussions.

Required profile

• At least three years of software engineering experience with increasing responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of full‑stack design, covering both front‑end user experiences and scalable back‑end services.
• Practical experience with AI, algorithm integration, and smart feature creation.
• Professional fluency in English (B2 or higher) for international collaboration.
