Founding Builder (Technical) – Buenos Aires

About the role

Join easypeasy as a founding technical builder in Buenos Aires, working side‑by‑side with a co‑founder to solve business problems across sales, marketing, operations and growth. You will receive a problem, investigate it, and deliver a solution – whether that’s an LLM‑driven agent, a workflow, a spreadsheet or a quick code fix.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and own end‑to‑end business problems, gathering data and forming hypotheses.
• Design, prototype and implement solutions using code, AI tools or low‑tech approaches.
• Collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate results.
• Iterate quickly, testing solutions cheaply and measuring impact.

Required profile

• Early‑career (0‑3 years) with a computer science, engineering or data background.
• Proven ability to ship complete projects independently – side projects, freelance work, hackathon wins or a personal business.
• Structured thinking about business problems and ability to propose concrete, measurable solutions.
• Willingness to work long, in‑person days alongside founders, accepting a high‑growth, low‑balance lifestyle for 2‑4 years.

Required skills

• Programming in any stack; ability to learn TypeScript (Next.js, NestJS), PHP (Laravel), MySQL, Redis and Docker quickly.
• Experience using AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude Code and LLM APIs.
• Clear English communication, both spoken and written, especially with non‑technical people.

What we offer

• 6‑month trial period at €2,500 per month (≈ $3,000 USD).
• Sign‑on bonus of €6,000‑9,000 after the trial if both parties continue.

• Office space in central Buenos Aires, working daily next to a co‑founder and other builders.
