AI Engineer for Real Estate Investment Solutions

About the role

Ryz Labs is seeking an AI Engineer to work with a client in the real estate investment industry. The role combines building core AI systems with on‑site deployment for private equity funds, institutional investors, and family offices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑step agentic systems for sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
• Own the AI stack, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), document pipelines, model routing, prompt engineering, and structured output to Excel and investment committee formats.
• Develop evaluation and observability tools to ensure accuracy, cost efficiency, latency, and reliability.
• Build reusable connectors, data pipelines, and infrastructure to accelerate future deployments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of production software experience, preferably in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs in production (agents, RAG, tool use, evals, context engineering) using frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or MCP.
• Strong understanding of AI model selection, trade‑offs between accuracy, cost, and speed.
• Proven ability to ship end‑to‑end solutions, comfortable presenting technical trade‑offs to clients.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and enterprise security considerations.
