Senior Full Stack Developer (Java & React)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Argentina. You will work closely with an English‑speaking technical architect, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices across the stack.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technical architect to translate architectural decisions into actionable tasks.
• Act as the technical referent for the development team, mentoring junior members and promoting high‑quality code.
• Lead by example in full‑stack development, code reviews, and implementation of best practices.
• Support the team’s growth by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Java and React.js.
• Proven experience mentoring or guiding other developers.
• Clear passion for teaching and helping others improve.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
