Senior FP&A / Finance Manager

About the role

AJC Logistics is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A or Finance Manager to support strategic decision‑making across its logistics operations. The role will work closely with senior leadership, delivering financial insights that drive efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for logistics operations, developing detailed financial models for strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, dashboards and weekly forecasts for senior management and commercial leaders.
• Balance, analyze and report gross profit for business units, manage payroll and labor variance analysis, and calculate commissions and management incentives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 7‑10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting or related finance roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (bilingual) and strong communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis).
• Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Business Central.
• AI and automation tools for finance processes.
